1. No Refunds for Change of Mind

As our products are digital 3D design files (.stl files), it is impossible to return them. Therefore, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase.

2. Defective Files

If you encounter issues with a digital file that prevent it from printing correctly, we are here to help. Please follow these steps:

  2. File Review: We will review your complaint and, if necessary, request specific details about the printing issue.
  3. Test Print: We will print the model in question to verify if it is defective.

3. Determining Defectiveness

  • Defective File: If our test print shows that the file is indeed defective and not printing as expected, we will:

    • Reimburse: Issue a refund for the defective design.
    • Update: Provide an updated version of the file at no additional cost.
  • Non-Defective File: If our test print shows that the file prints correctly, the issue is likely due to your print settings or printer. In this case:

    • No Refund: We will not issue a refund, as the file is not defective.
