Commercial use license

Welcome to Mazetropolis! By becoming a member of our Mazetropolis Thangs page, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Commercial Use License. This license grants you the right to commercially use our 3D design files (.stl files) under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Scope of License

This Commercial Use License grants you, the member, the right to:

• Sell printed versions of Mazetropolis designs on your Etsy shop, other online shops, or in-person sales.
• There is no limit on the number of units you can sell, provided you maintain an active membership on the Mazetropolis Thangs page.

2. Membership Requirements

To obtain and maintain this Commercial Use License, you must:

• Become a member of the Mazetropolis Thangs page at a cost of $15.00 per month.
• If you are among the first 50 members, the membership cost is reduced to $10.00 per month.

3. Restrictions

Under this Commercial Use License, you are not permitted to and shall not:

• Distribute, share, or sell the 3D design files (.stl files) to anyone, including friends and family.
• Sell the digital files of the designs in any way.

4. Violation of Terms

Any violation of these terms will result in the termination of your license, and you may be subject to legal action. Your membership may also be revoked without a refund.

5. Termination

This Commercial Use License is valid as long as you maintain an active membership on the Mazetropolis Thangs page. If your membership lapses, your rights to sell printed versions of the designs will be revoked.
