What should I do if I encounter a problem with a 3D file I purchased?
If you have encountered a problem with one of our designs, we would encourage you to get in touch with us at info@mazetropolis.com

Can I share the 3D design files with friends or family?
You can not share the 3D files of our designs no matter which license you have.
However, if you have purchased our files through "personal use" license, you can print the designs and give them to you children or parents. however, you are not allowed to share the 3D printed files with anyone.
If you want to print these files and share the printed versions with your friends, you will need to be a member of Thangs page and have "commercial use" license.

Can I use your designs for educational purposes, such as in a classroom setting?
While we do not allow the distribution of our designs neither as file nor 3D printed versions with a "personal use" license, If you want to use our designs for educational purpose, please get in touch with us at info@mazetropolis.com and we will review your request and might grant your rights to do so without having a commercial license.
Do you offer custom designs?
If you are interested to have our designs with a specific logo or engraving of your choice, the it can be done and we are open to such projects. In that case, contact us at info@mazetropolis.com to discuss the project specifics.
What is the difference between the personal use license and the commercial use license?
In short, the commercial license let's you get access to all our designs for just $15 a month,
Additionally you get right to print our designs and sell them as printed versions on your ETSY shops, other online selling platforms or in-person sales.
Personal use license let's you print the files for you personal use and does not grant rights to distribute our designs in any form or way.

What 3D printers and materials do you recommend for printing your designs?
We, personally, use Bambu Lab printers as they are reliable and fast. However, you can use any FDM printer to print these designs.
We use PLA for all our designs and suggest that you do the same, but you can always use different materials based on your expertise in 3D printing.
How do I obtain a commercial use license for selling printed versions of Mazetropolis designs?
To get the commercial use license and get rights to sell 3D printed versions of Mazetropolis designs, you have to become a paid member on Mazetropolis Thangs page.

Are there any restrictions on how I can use the 3D design files I purchase?
In either way (personal use license or commercial use license) you are allowed to print the designs on your 3D printer and use the yourself.
No matter which license you have, you do not have rights to distribute 3D printing files of the designs.
Commercial use license enables you to sell Mazetropolis designs as printed versions on your ETSY or other online selling shop as well as in-person sales.

How often do you release new designs?
We have a product catalog with over 50 different designs and we are trying to publish at least 5 new designs every week.
Currently we try to have at least 1 free sample design a week available for all who are interested, however, this might change in the future.

I don't have a 3D printer but I really like these designs. Is it possible to have these products as physical products?
Usually we do not offer 3D printed versions of our designs as the shipping costs tend to be rather high and make the cost unreasonably high. However, if you are interested in multiple designs or larger quantities (or custom designs), feel free to get in touch with us at info@mazetopolis.com to discuss possible order.
Do you offer technical support for printing issues?
All our designs are tested and printed multiple times before being uploaded to our catalogue. However, if you encounter an issue and believe that it is a faulty design, you are welcome to reach out to us at info@mazetropolis.com
We will look into the issue and if the design is found to be faulty, you will receive a refund for your purchase and updated version of the design will be sent to you for free.
Can I suggest ideas for new designs?
We most definitely are looking for anyone who wants to suggest a new design idea.
You can submit your ideas through email at info@mazetropolis.com
Or you can join Mazetropolis Facebook community where you will be able to share your ideas, participate in contests and giveaways as well as have sneak peaks and exclusive designs.

However, if you are interested in refund just because you have changed your mind and do not want the design anymore, we can not help you due to nature of digital products - you can not return them once you have received them.

If you are interested in multiple designs, we suggest you to look into our subscription option on Thangs as for just $15 a month you will get access to all our product catalogue.
